Claims & recovery
How supporters and artists claim ETH, NFTs, and rewards, including active-listing withdrawal timing and deadline recovery.
ETH, NFTs, and FWA reward tokens have separate claims. A recorded outcome can create a claim before the asset reaches your wallet. Claiming one asset does not claim the others.
Collecting your assets
- Supporter ETH: claim refunds or backing returned by a pool settlement. The pool returns full backing when a purchaser keeps or relists a recognized launch NFT.
- Supporter NFTs: claim direct awards, NFTs returned by a pool settlement, or NFTs chosen through an eligible Active-listing exit.
- Supporter FWA tokens: claim your share after the campaign's pool rewards have been harvested. Your original shares remain even after your NFT position resolves.
- Artist ETH: claim direct-award backing, backing from supporters choosing an NFT at withdrawal, and harvested pool ETH earnings.
- Artist NFTs: claim NFTs from a failed campaign or unprocessed positions after its deadline, and retry delivery after a supporter chooses an Active-listing refund.
Anyone can advance permitted settlement, synchronization, harvesting, or refund finalization. Claims belong to the recorded supporter or artist; only that beneficiary can choose a recipient for their claim.
Choose an Active-listing exit
After a position's withdrawal delay, its original supporter can choose either the NFT, with backing returned to the artist, or a backing refund, with the NFT returned to the artist.
The campaign snapshots its timing when created. Each position's delay is base delay + (multiplier − 1) × increment, measured from that position's submission to the pool. Under the defaults, 1× waits one day and each additional multiplier adds twelve hours.
The listing must still be Active, and the pool's normal exit locks must allow withdrawal. An allocated listing follows purchaser settlement instead. A staged listing must become Active before this exit is available. Direct awards never enter the pool and can be claimed without this delay.
Withdrawal during the current crown tenure's first twelve hours deducts 1% of backing, even if the campaign delay has already passed. The supporter or artist receives the actual returned backing according to the chosen exit.
After a purchaser receives a listing
The purchaser is the wallet named in the pool acquisition request, which can differ from the wallet paying for it. That purchaser controls the pool's settlement choices. The campaign's original supporter retains their claim and reward rights.
The purchaser has the pool's exclusive choice window. After it ends, anyone can advance the campaign's NFT-return settlement: the pool pays that purchaser in ETH at the current ETH cashout rate, and the original supporter receives the NFT entitlement.
The pool automatically attempts to update the campaign from its permanent settlement record. After successful settlement, anyone can reconcile a missed update by calling syncPosition(tokenId) on the campaign, using the NFT token ID rather than the pool listing ID. This updates bookkeeping; claiming assets is a separate action. Repeating synchronization does not pay it twice. If NFT delivery needs recovery, the recorded entitlement remains available while delivery is retried.
Failure before full funding
The artist can cancel an incomplete campaign, and the manager owner can emergency-fail it. Anyone can expire incomplete escrow after the support start, or incomplete funding after the support deadline.
Finalization credits supporters their full recorded backing and creates separate artist NFT claims. Finalizing the ETH refund does not depend on successful NFT delivery or a working custody check, so a delayed artist NFT claim does not hold up the supporter's finalized refund.
Unprocessed positions after the deadline
Full funding fixes the campaign's processing deadline using the manager's submission period at that moment. The constructor default is thirty days; the campaign's recorded deadline is the value that applies.
At the deadline, new processing stops. Anyone can begin an unwind and finalize the remaining unprocessed positions for full supporter refunds and artist NFT claims. Earlier direct awards and pool listings remain in place. If processing stopped early, fewer direct awards may have been assigned than the original target.
Complete means processing is finished
Complete means every position became either a direct award or a pool listing. Listings may still be Active, earnings may still need harvesting, and assets may remain unclaimed. See campaign settings for timing controls and where funds go for the outcome split.
